You may have encountered this situation before: rushing out to head out from the office to look for lunch, and then find out that your favorite lunch place has ran out of parking place.
The only option left is to slot the car into the side alleyway, which unfortunately result in getting notice from JPJ on your car’s windscreen.
The notice is commonly referred as summon or saman. It is given when your vehicle is placed in the area you aren’t supposed to park it in.
Now, you have responsibility to pay for the parking offence by visiting nearest offices or branches or JPJ. Alternatively, you may perform the payment through e-Services by using RILEK, MyEG, ATM Maybank and POS Malaysia.
