India International Bank Malaysia was incorporated locally in 2010. India International bank is the first bank originated from India in the country, with the head office located in Kuala Lumpur.
It was established as a joint venture between three India banks: Andhra Bank with 25% shareholding, Indian Overseas Bank with 35% shares, and Bank of Baroda with 40% shares.
