- Go to the nearest Alliance ATM machine. Insert your card and select your preferred language. Key in your PIN and select Press If Correct if you have inserted the right PIN.
- Select Other Services > More Services.
- Press Internet Banking Activation or Upgrade.
- Enter your mobile number to activate the internet banking service and select Press If Correct.
- You will get a notification upon successful registration.
- On your computer or cell phone, go to www.allianceonline.com.my
- Click on First Time Registration.
- One the account type, select ATM/Debit Card.
- Enter your card number and PIN.
- In a few seconds, you will receive a unique temporary pin through your registered mobile number.
- Then, enter the temporary PIN.

How to Register Alliance Bank Online Banking for Credit/Prepaid Card
If you have a credit/prepaid card, here is the tutorial on how to register Alliance Bank online banking you can follow:
- Go to the nearest Alliance Bank branch to register your mobile number for the internet banking service.
- You can also call the contact center at 03-5516 9988 to activate your mobile phone number.
- On your computer or cell phone, go to www.allianceonline.com.my
- Click on First Time Registration.
- One the account type, select Credit/Prepaid Card.
- Enter your credit/prepaid card number, the limit of your credit, your identification number, and your mobile number.
- Click on Submit.
- In a few seconds, you will receive a unique temporary pin (TPIN) through your registered mobile number.
- Then, enter the temporary TPIN.
- Enter your username, password, registered email address, preferred name, and secure phrase.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click on Submit to finalize the registration process.
